About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Clinic Manager to oversee all operations at Chennai’s premier multi-specialty cosmetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Aesthetic or cosmetic industry, with proven results in growing sales and streamlining operations. You will be responsible for creating contacts,generating revenue automating clinic systems, improving efficiency, and driving revenue through effective marketing and customer service strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and staff across departments (hair, skin, dental, slimming, physiotherapy).
  • Automate clinic processes (appointments, CRM, billing).
  • Drive patient acquisition and retention through sales and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budget management and profitability.
  • Ensure high patient satisfaction and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to quickly identify issues and provide actionable solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of aesthetic clinic management experience with demonstrated results in sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, able to manage and inspire teams across various departments.
  • Expertise in clinic operations, automation systems, sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, patient care and process reporting.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer follow-up strategies.
